Default Dyno tune at Vengance yesterday

I had my 2000 SLP SS dyno tuned yesterday and i have to say i am very pleased! First off my a/f was riciclously off and if it wasnt for the tune, i dont know how much longer she would have lasted. But anyways it is a bolt-on car right now with just long tubes, OR Y, slp loudmouth, ls6 intake ported tb and MAF and smooth bellow. I made 359RWHP and 367 ft lbs...Come spring i'll be putting a stick in!!!!

As for the guys at Vengance, I couldnt have asked for better service. They are are nice a hell, know what they are talkin about, and truely want to get the full potential out of your car. They also have a supernice new facility. I am going to be throwing a lot of money at them in the future and I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Impressive numbers from a bolt-ons buddy & i'm sure with just a stick ya'll be over 400rwhp after they tuned it

It was great meeting you yesterdat Kevin. Good thing we got that SS on the dyno 15:1 isnt exactly where you want your A/F

I am assuming it ment both. I beleive that porting the MAF threw off the tune alot. A bolt on car should have never have that high of a air fuel, even when headers are installed. I am gald though it got fixed. What did the A/F end up being? High 12's?

Hey Ron, my car dynoed 380hp 377tq is that decent #s for an ms3 cam and everything in my sig?

Thats good # considering its going through a Auto with a decent stall. I bet the car will cut a good time at the track!

A/F should be around 12.8 to 1 or even 13 to 1.

yeah the guy i got the car from ported the maf. We discussed putting another one on but after the tune it seemed ok. Pretty sure thats what had me runnin so lean...

Yea, porting a MAF is fine, its just that tuners have to compensate. Since thats been done, go for it. I am interested since thats been done. if a stocker was put back on would it run rich.

nice numbers man! did you ever dyno it stock? i had the same problem with my car when i went to go tune it, my a/f was way off. it was reading right around where yours was and after the tune it was dead on 12.9 to 1. stock my car put down 297rwhp/310rwtq. after i put longtubes and a lid on(everything else is stock) and got her tuned she put 352rwhp/360rwrtq. i have dual cutouts on the car but didnt have them opened. i had the dynoed on the same dyno when she was stock and after the tune too.
