my 408 dyno results
my 408 dyno results well after all last year of my car setting in the yard i finally have the motor in and running and took it to get tuned at the hph in bg,ky.here is the breakdown
tsp 408 shortblock
qtp 1 3/4 headers with their ory
hooker catback with cutout open on this run,only lost 6 hp,10 tq closed !
kateck stage 3 heads
comp 244/248 .612/.615 on a 110 +1
fast 90/90 deridged only
aprox 11:7 scr/8.5 dcr
m6 with an ecoskel clutch
9 " with 3.89 cogs

Nice looking area under the curve. Wonder if you'd pick up some additional top-end power with larger diameter headers? Regardless, that's excellent power. You should be pleased.

thanks guys,i am more than pleased with the numbers.i was wanting alittle more tq but the extra hp i got more than made up for it.yes,this combo feels quite a bit stronger than the h/c setup i had but that setup was no slouch since i had 350 ftlbs at 3k.i've picked up 75 rwhp and around 85 ftlbs of tq with this combo.

Was your car SD tuned? Mine is and will need a retune when I get some heads on it. I don't know if the HP House is up to it? Looks like they did a good job with your car.
Wow, we both live in BG, have basically the same cam (mine's on a 115 lsa) and we both have the same gears in the same rear end (mine has a spool though). I can't believe I've never seen your car.
