Need to post the cam specs or figure out the DCR. Sounds like alot of timing for that compression ratio, specially with a small cam (if it is the 231/234 or whatever). I would hope that the tuner would have been able to here detonation. The AFR at 13.5 is like 13.0 at the header if he is sticking the AFR sensor up the tailpipe which is kinda lean (specially when running 26 degrees if the DCR is high as I suspect).
