Another 4-5% in the 1 to 1 gear ratio in tranny...
Looks like that might be spark scatter...Opti crap may be causing your troubles...I can't really make out your dyno sheet to see whats really going on...It may be fuel related but I doubt it...If you dyno with a wide band then you would have a better idea if it's fuel, spark (opti or plugs/plug wires).
General rule for a "STOCK" M6 in that year is 250-260 SAE corrected, on dynojet in 4th gear.

Yeah forgot they had speed limiter in verts....
So, numbers wise your ok....Except you need to find and fix that problem///
You could actually feel the drops on the dyno right?
At that power level you could rule of tire slippage as the problem..
