383 "what would it make" question

Just bench racing here, not building anything anytime soon.
Let's suppose:
383 stroker
TFS 215 heads
Ported FAST 90
235/239 .646/.649 110 (lsk lobes)
around 11.4:1

What does everyone think? Anyone think it could go 520/500? Should make gobs of torque, would be really nice in something heavy...like a GTO.

I'm not so sure the TFS heads like or need super fast ramp speed cams with ultra high lift, seems like heads with killer midlift don't need all that. Heads with poor mid lift flow and over size ports like cams such as that. It seems like you can't overcam the TFS heads, so you might try more duration and less lift, I like the LSA though

I've been thinking about the switch in the future. I'd think around 530/480 ish, but it really would depend on the cam and entire setup. I made 482/447 on a ls6 intake, 3.90's, cats and 92 octane all through some CNC Cylinder Heads (shop in Florida) ls6 heads with big valves that are a few years old and flow in the 300cfm range around .600" lift.

There is a Z06 here locally that has a 382 and TFs heads, along with the FAST intake. I'm pretty sure it did 455rwhp and 470ish rwtq. It had all the bolt ons and a cam about the same size as yours, it was built as a "torque engine" for a guy that runs road courses. I'll email the guy that did it and find out all the particulars on it. The guy that owns it is Mitchell M. in the B'ham Alabama area.
