Not impossible to do, I'd think low 500's though at best, probably a little less than 500 at the wheels, the exhaust setup doesn't seem up to par.
My 306ci on 15psi made 575rwhp through a C4 on a Mustang Dyno.
Turbo > Blower

thats easy numbers with that setup, but he does need a bigger exhaust, I have seen a all motor 347 run just under 480 rwhp sae. really all depends on how well everything is working together, I think its kind of funny, I see a 04 cobra with all the bolt ons, a whipple and tuned and the guy is claiming 600rwhp, doesn't worry me half as much as a 5.0 with the guy claiming 380rwhp

I've split one before on Nitrous...Think of it as 2 inline 4-cyl motors when that happens. My times in my sig are with the stock block, calculate out the rwhp by the MPH w/3500lbs and you'll see I'm slightly above the recommended levels.

Easily possible.
My stock 346ci LS1 with a 212/218 cam and cleaned up stock heads put down 514 through the auto on 5 psi.
I had a friend running a 306ci S-trim with a stock 302 block with a stud girdle, 235/245 solid roller, box-stock Edelbrock heads and intake with a C4 and 4200 stall and went 10.60s @ 126 and 9.70s @ 131 on a 75 shot.

If it's a stock block and it's really making 550+ The it won't last long.I believe the stock block is rated at 450 hp.A freind of mine made low 500 rwhp on a stock 302 block and he blew freeze plugs every weekend from from the block twisting and it finally slip the block.

Seems a bit high, but possible. Looks like he is running a FMU yet so a 36lb injector would be enough since the FMU is pretty much a band aid for a good injector and tune. The block is a worry but I think if you don't detonate the hell out it they work.
Cousin has one on his fox and it does well also, but is very Sensitive to the outside air temp and if he makes back to back dyno runs he looses like 20hp or more cause of the intake air temps.

Very possible, we're currently building a 331 with a D1SC 12rib set up with Victor Jr. Heads that should put down numbers in that area, our worry isn't the HP it'll be making, but the strength of the stock block.
