standard drivetrain loss?

Whats the standard % of drivetrain loss for a naturally aspirated LS1 with standard bolt-ons?

If I'm putting 350 to the wheels, whats the approximate horsepower at the flywheel?

From what I have heard M6's are 13-15% and a4's are 18-20%.

Depending on flywheels and stalls and rearend choices of course.

The problem with the auto is to many varialbles. High stall, low stall, locked converter, unlocked converter and the efficency of the converter. Makes for a wide range of results.

Do not forget how much gearing plays an impact as well. More or less gear can change the numbers. I think the best dyno gear is a 3.42.

there is no percentage, it is a fixed value. I guess it could be figured out to a percentage, but the percentage on someone else's car may not be the same as you. Don't worry about what you make at the motor, all that counts is going to the ground. Depending on gearing, I would assume it is similar to the vettes, which is around 65 IIRC.
