T-56 to TH-400 loss??
Don't wory about it though, just go run it at the track and go a 1/2 second faster, never have to worry about another clutch, missed shift hurting the motor, etc.etc. Just please tell me you put a scatershield on teh tranny before you put it in... if you didn't please get the 5 lb csr carbon fiber shield and put it on.

The shield is just a relaly good idea, they aren't that expensive, will fit without too much work (will rub the floor a little, but not enough so you have to hammer anything) and it's just a good idea.
IMO, if you're putting a th400 in a 4th gen car, you're probably into the 11's and will need it noce you are in the 10's, so why not take care of it now.
I agree, .7 is probably the most you'll get with only a 100 shot, but I wouldn't be suprised to see a .8 drop or .9 at the most. Alot depends on how your car reacts to the t-brake. I've seen cars that can't do any better on the brake vs. stalling. I personaly did better off the brake. I am assuming your talking quarter mile.
