Very Disappointing Numbers

2000 Z28 A4 16,7XX miles at time of tune/dyno
Installs:
Kooks Longtube Headers
Kooks Catted Y-pipe
Magnaflow exhaust
SLP 25% Underdrive Crank Pulley
Granatelli MAF
SLP Lid
Fast Toys Ram Air
BBK Intake
BBK T.B
EGR!
AIR!
Bosch 13111's
Numbers were:
Max HP: 304.8 rwhp
Max Torque: 339.1 fl-lbs
Any ideas? I know the rear-end is making some noise (gears/differential will be installed Monday). Although I did not check the tire PSI, it looks good and would guess somewhere in the 28-32 range.
Any suggestions/comments welcome. Thanks for the help

I know those GMS meters can screw you over sometimes.I've thrown a few of them in the trash because the tune would be screwy.

Problem found.
Would having the car locked make up this 30'ish HP range? Found it odd that the torque was about right, but the hp was so off, so that could explain it(?).
Once the gears/differential (3.42) gets installed I will take the car down to the track to get some time slips, but any advice or suggestions you guys have would still be greatly appreciated.
