Default Stock 2005 M6 GTO: APS TT 7 PSI

So last night I needed to finish up a tune on a factory stock 2005 GTO M6, with only the APS TT setup. The shop (Haddad Motorsports in Inglewood, Ca) and I were very impressed with the numbers, although I kept it on the conservative side and safe. We took it out on a street test drive, to ensure the AFR was were we wanted it. It was 1% lean, which I quickly fixed. This thing pulls very hard even in 5th gear! 1st is totally useless, and 2nd is as well once up from idle rpms. 3rd may have a chance with (M/T) drag radials. Anyway, here are the results, enjoy!

590.4rwhp @ 5900rpms
573.9rwtq @ 5200rpms
AFR was around 11.3-11.5 with about 12-16 degrees of timing.

That's got to be a highway terror. Very nicely done. Bet is surprises a lot of people.

Thanks guys! That is the sad thing about it, it sounds exactly like if it was bone stock. Well, sad for anyone who dares to challenge it thinking it is stock.

Wow! Good numbers.

I would be pissed if i picked on a GTO i thought was stock and it really had 590hp. It would be over before it even started

Are these estimated flywheel #'s? It looks like it says fly horsepower. I have used dynapack dynos the numbers were skewed. Well either way nice numbers.

Fuel: CA 91 Octane, no meth but it has an FMIC.

The numbers are not skewed, that is mearly how a Dynapack reports the numbers. It measures actual RWTQ, then it calculates what the horsepower would be using the industry standard HP equation, unlike a dynojet for example.

i rode in my buddys 06 gto w/ the aps kit today and god that thing is fun. with the stock mufflers u dont hear a thing but the turbos spooling ever so quietly and then blowoff. its just cool to feel the power and not hear anything. my cars too damn loud it half takes away from the thrust.
