My new set up with a RPM 6 244/248 on a 112+2 makes 548rwhp 508rwtq. Everbody wants to talk about tq under the curve my car has 475rwtq at 3000rpm. I will post the graph

I am just saying bigger cams dont mean better #'s. And this is coming from somone who knows. I went to a 244/248 vs a 254/254 and was the worst mistake. So I put the 244/248 back in

Compression is 11.82:1

This thing runs/drives like a BABY... Until you hit the go pedal

No worries about having to spin this combo to make power... Its done @ 6400rpm.

Lil extra stroke/baby cam/lil compression=whole lotta fun on the street

must of not been that 254/254 .595/.595 cam........

it got smoked by a 244/248 in a 414 so I heard.

never...... hell... at this point I have no clue..... I hope to have the bottle and everything done by the DFWstangs Fall Cruise....

as far as a the opportunity for you to beat me on motor... MaYbE next weekend... maybe not.

I also have one condition. If we roll from a 40... I want to back it up with a roll from a dig or 20! FYI... I dont go more than 120 unless I am feelin froggy.

We will go from a 40, 50 ,and 60 punch. We can go from a 20 punch but I will spin to much.

Lol... "weaker" isnt quite the correct definition since we were asked to pick up peak horsepower..... He made 9 more rwhp peak....Obviously the camshaft didnt work well with his application...

FWIW, below is a graph of a 416 we used the exact same camshaft in with excellent results. The car has a 416 with TFS 225 heads, TH400/Yank 3600 stall/12 bolt with 4:11s/28" ET Drags..... Seems to have worked quite well with this car....

BTW, the two different runs represent a 10 minute cool down after tuning.

Congrats on getting your combo dialed in JeremyM... Sometimes it takes more than one cam swap to figure it out.

I had a custom grind cam in it. My set up now has more then enough under the curve power. Name or show me a car 400+ci that makes 475rwtq at 3000rpms and still peaks 550+rwhp.
