Default TEA/Patrick G cam numbers

So I finally got my heads cam swap done. First off, thanks to Brian at TEA, to Patrick G, and Tick Performance/PCM for less for helping me with the combo and install!

Mods are as follows:
TEA stg. 2 LS6 heads
232/234 .612/.592 112+2
yella terra rockers
slp underdrive pulley
qtp headers/ory/magnaflow
ls6 intake/ TR ported tb
lid/k&n/85mm maf

438rwhp/402rwtq thru a stock 10 bolt (soon to be 12 bolt)

Ofcourse, like everybody I was hoping for alittle more, but I'm not at all dissappointed! The car drives like stock, no bucking or any other issues, and has a nice chop at 1100rpm idle. The only downside is that I'm having clutch issues, so its back undergoing surgery for now. Now I just need a 12bolt with more gear and a ported fast90!!!
I'll try to get the graph posted soon.

A few years ago, those numbers would have made you a god, today they're still solid. Nice power and torque. Look forward to seeing your graph.

Re-dyno after you get your clutch straightened out, you could be making more if it was slipping on the pulls.

what are the heads milled to if any?? a ported 90/90 setup would prolly net you another 20or so rwhp. get some track times with it and see how it does.

LoL
I was reading this post thinking.. man that sounds just like one I did! I'm glad you like it. I really feel like a fast 90/90 setup would be worth a solid 15-20 on this car. The car ought to really rip on the road & track as it makes good power across the RPM band. Also.. one last thing.. you know your doing good if you make that number on my dyno. My dyno is brand new and seems to be a bit tight still as all of the numbers on cars I've done previously are about 5-8 low.

I agree that cam should idle well anywhere between 850-900.

Thanks for the feedback/compliments guys! I keep forgetting to bring the graph with me to post it up (I don't have internet at home). The heads were milled to 61cc (.024?). The cam probably would idle fine at 850, but I like the sound with a little faster chop. I should be getting the fast 90/nw setup on in the next month, hoping to get upwards of 450rwhp!!!
And Charlie, you guys need to let me know when ya'll are heading to the track, I can't launch too hard (stock rear) but I wanna see what this bitch will do!!!

awesoeme numbers for that size cam with that intake tb setup.

Id imagine you'll be close to 450rw with a fast setup with is pretty impressive for a cam that size.

just wondering are you running cometic gaskets or GM ones? Also were these numbers from a dynojet or a mustang dyno?

I am running GM gaskets, the compression is about 11:1. The car was dynoed on a dynojet, but as Alvin stated in an above post, his dyno seems to be reading 5-8 hp lower than others in the area.
