Reverse splits like little or no exhaust. I gained 3 tenths and 3mph gettting rid of my catback and going to a bullet off the y-pipe. I now run bullets off the headers.

I loved that cam in my old H/C set-up. It really liked a 100 shot to boot. I ended up putting a 150 shot on her and she would fly!! Great numbers!

i have a very similar cam 232/228 574 571 113 and it made 373 NA and 571 on a 150 hit. Im fixing to put a set of heads on it and let it rip. Should be some stout #s and e.ts for a stock ls1 and very much a Daily driver.

Those numbers look pretty strong for a cam of that size with that setup. Keep in mind you're probably losing a good 10-15rwhp from that 9-inch. The only thing you have left to put on that is going to rob power is a beefier driveshaft, which will steal a little, but not a ton.

I lost 19rwhp with my 12-bolt w/4.10s and a 3.5" aluminum driveshaft, so your 9-inch alone is probably costing you close to that. I bet you'll see some very impressive numbers at the track, especially traps. Congrats.

damn i didnt know a 12 bolt would eat up that much rwhp? oh well id rather lose 15rwhp than fix all the broken 10 bolts i would have with that power

Best y-pipe exhausts are when the muffler is right off the damn merge. On my old car, I had a magnaflow catback. Then I switched to a magnaflow 4x9 dumped off the Y-pipe and gained some mph in the 1/8.

My friend ran a dumped bullet off the stock Y-pipe, lid, et streets, 4000 stall, and a 150 shot and ran a 7.0 at 96mph. 1.4 60ft.
