First time going on a dyno, Have questions..
Would the dyno reading be any more accurate at any given tire pressure?
Could running at higher psi help on inconsistancies between pulls?
I was planning on running at 18-20psi with the nittos as that's what I'll be running at the track. Someone told me I should run them at 45-50psi. I always see on here that this is a dyno trick to inflate the readings. I was told "a lower pressure will give you less acurate readings between pulls." His example was a 10.90 car making like 190rwhp with 600lbs torque.. Is there any truth to this?
Planning on bringing a-tap with me to run it at the same time as the wide band to look for KR, Timing and the usual info. Also plan on switching the fans on after each pull to keep cool.
Any certain things I should know before going on the dyno?

lower tire pressures add rolling resistance. That will affect hp, how much depends on the tire and the pressure it is running (full slicks may have more tire drag than a radial, etc). I'd use the tire pressure you use on the street to get numbers that reflect the way it actually runs...Just my thoughts.
