u have no intake, no pulley, and no tb. the X1 needs a good exhaust. and i think not having a good intake doesnt help. u also said that you think your car has a few issues as well. im sure with the power that ron@vengeance has been making i would do all the bolt ons and run it again. yes it should be making waaaay more power, but u dont have all the bolt ons like u said earlier. i think your would definitely be over 400rwhp!

It's a nice looking curve, but I agree that numbers do seem a bit low. Get those other bolt-ons on the car and redyno it. While that cam is nothing big, it's not really that small and with a full exhaust, I'm surprised you're not seeing closer to the 400+ mark. There are plenty of LS1 cars putting down bigger numbers with 241 heads and a smaller cam (granted most have full bolt-ons at that point, so get those finished up and see what happens).

Get a good intake with a wide bridge.. like the halltech setups.
LS6 intake is fine I make plenty power with it.
the off road H might be hurting you instead of a nice x pipe. TPIS LT's work though.

ever had a compression check done on the car? something else seems a bit off, its def not the dyno (if anything id call their dyno a bit happy) and its not the tune because the guys at vengeance seem to do a good job. the intake will support power into the 450+hp range so its not that. all i can think is maybe the motor is hurt? BTW that pushrod should really be changed out, if its a different weight than the rest of them it could throw off the balance of the valvetrain.

The numbers are fine guys. Not every cam only car is going to make 420+ especially with the mods he has. If you add all the little mods then it will make the difference.
I have a 07 C6. Headers, Vararam, and Cam (BIG) and the car makes 399/370. Its all about the supporting mods guys. I don't consider my car to be low for the numbers. Add in the other mods and it will make all the difference in the world.

the numbers are low. you are living in a fantasy world if you think they arent. i want to see what happens after he adds an intake and new x pipe. ive never been a big believer in ported tb's.
bolt on cars are making more then he is... BOLT ONS!

Lets add a ported Fast and NW TB and pulley. Add a vararam (even knoow it doesn't make much of any HP on a dyno) You'd be suprised.
To the original poster, don't worry what these guys say. Your car is fine. Take it to the track and have fun. Dyno numbers don't mean anything. Its how it runs at the track.

I have done PLENTY of cars to know what world I live in compared to most of you who only deal with one or two cars and are internet fans.

pulley, yeah i think it will help. so will an intake, definitely. his numbers are STILL LOW. i dont really care how many cars you think you have seen, numbers are low compared to every other car that has been dynoed, even some with less mods. you are wrong here.

that car is gonna get dragged by a full bolt on car. a fast, and tb arent going to do jack for that car that a normal ported tb and ls6 cant do hes not making enough power for a fast to be worth the cash. dont make the guy go out and waste 1100 bucks on something he has NO NEED for. money is better spent elsewhere.

His numbers are low... no arguing that. This is not based on internet hype... this is based on my having 5 close friends with C5s (3 of them Z06s) and seeng their HP at all different levels of modding.
