Default how are my numbers?

just my my car dyno'ed today finally...

96 trans am
k&n cold air intake
airfoil
k&n injectors
hypertech power tuning
160 degree thermostat
flowmaster 40 series muffler
120,000 miles

254 rwhp / 288 rwtq

does that sound like its about where it should be?

EDIT* - here is a link to my dyno sheet - dyno_run_march_08

does my air/fuel ratio suck? should i go have this tuned?

seems about right, what type dyno?

you shouldnt need a tune till you have full exhaust on their. does seem fairly rich though what size injectors did u install?

pop some long tubes headers on there and watch the hp climb.

im not sure i just know the injectors are K&N....they were already there when i bought the car...

i want some long tubes but id like to keep the cats in place to keep it legal and to not pop on the engine light...do they have anything out there that can do this for me?

oh and it was a dynojet dyno....strap the wheels to rollers is all i know about it.

well i have a mod plan for this car...in a few months when i get the money saved i plan on getting:

edelbrock cam (#2108) 286/286, Lift .525/.525
1.6 roller rockers
52mm throttle body (edelbrock #3809)
performer heads (edelbrock 61909)
performer rpm intake manifold (edelbrock 7107)
new pushrods....gaskets...timing chain...etc...

I would like to do the long tubes but like i said i want to keep the cats so i can still get inspected....i guess ill just get 2 universal cats and weld them on the end of the headers before the X pipe...then have the O2 sensors in place and such...

does this sound like a good plan? how much extra power am I gonna be lookin at?

Pretty healthy for 120k on the clock. Your running wicked rich though, but before I spent the money on a tune i'd add a set of Long Tubes and a good catback system, then a tune.
