Yea, traffic sucks with an M6, and the A4 hooks way better on the street!

Without giving up all of the details, it's going to be a 4xxci high compression N20 motor

Damn man you are really going to have 2 beast! And they both look good. Looks like single digits are on the way for the T/A

FAST is installed, as well as a Fast Toys 85mm air lid and the car's been street and dyno tuned. The results were 10hp and 10tq across the entire rpm band from 2500 to 6500. Just slightly higher curves of hp and tq that looked identical to the previous tq and hp curves.

At first I was a bit disappointed with 10hp being the peak gain, but seeing how it picked up over the entire band, i'm pretty pleased with the gains, The car pulls noticeably stronger

Got it to the track on Saturday in the 4k+ DA and it ran a best of 11.86 @ 114 on a 1.70 60' on the first pass. I made a couple other runs but between me and the torque converter we found a way to f all of those up, lol. The next best was an 11.9 @ 114 on a 1.76 60'

I wonder if it would quicken with a PT4400 and some better DA...

Any idea what the car weighs? I'm going to the track with my 63 C10 Pick up on the 4rth through the 6th. I'm making 430rwhp with a slightly different set up through a 4L80E with a 4,400 verter and 12bolt/3.73's/30x13.50 ET street weighing in at 3,800 with me in the truck.

BTW, my set up peaks at 6,550 (430rwhp) with the TREX and stock LS6 intake ported TB.. TQ peaks at 4,900 (387ftlbs).. I do want to go fast at some point.

eh, if you have a street car w/ normal street tires then the only thing you should be concerned w/ is the trap speeds. That's all I care about, because I have a 6 speed w/ stock tires. So clearly my car is not best suited for a drag strip. However, the car will still run really good on the highway.

From what I've seen, your dyno numbers look about right for your mods. Def. not too low. However, your mph seems a little low for your dyno numbers. Some dyno's are just very generous. I would expect a full weight A4 430rhp/380+rtq car to run 11.3X @ 117 +/- 1 .. at least (if you have any kind of decent DA).

The higher stall will certainly help your 60' a LOT .. and your ET.

Just my .02
The times in my sig are w/ putting down 404rwhp and 370rwtq.

The DA was above 4k that day, and I was also having issues with the converter. Ive got a Vig 4200 with multi disc clutch waiting to go in, and hopefully i'll have some better weather soon and i'll get it back out to the track to run a decent number. I think locking the converter on the big end will bring the mph and im SURE the big Vig will drop my 60's nicely. Not to mention CA Speedway just sucks and is uphill, lol
