Default Dyno Dynamics VS. DYNOJET

This pasted weekend my car was dyno'ed on a Dyno Dynamics dyno.
And i have been doing some research that a DYNOJET reads higher than Dyno Dynamics. Any where i read thats all i hear but the question is which one is correct and accurate?
From a quick search on i found this:
Dyno Dynamics.............DYNOJET
224.7rwhp.....................275.8rwhp
192.2rwtq.....................232.2rwtq
& anothor example
547rwhp........................587rwhp

MY DYNO GRAPH LOOKS LIKE: (327rwhp & 351rwtq)
Name: Dyno32908034.jpg
Views: 4475
Size: 88.1 KB

Which Dyno is correct and accurate? And if the DYNOJET is correct and accurate how much more do you think i am making at the wheels? (mods in Sig.)

From what i have been reading is that Dyno Dynamics read 1-2% lower than DYNOJET, i have seen that once and 13-17% less three times!

This subject has been beat to death on here. Do a search on here for dyno dynamics vs dynojet or mustang vs dynojet.

Dyno dynamics reads @ 14% lower at the wheels than a comparable dynojet; I was told that by a local dyno dynamics tuner, and theres dyno dynamics software in the pike to make the comparision on the spot between the two types. So if you take your car to the dyno dynamics dyno after the dynojet, then it can print up comparable dynojet numbers.
In your case its simple: 327.4 rwhp x 14% = ? If you really want an accurate comparision, go back to the original dynojet on a day with similar weather conditions and do a pull. That would be the most accurate comparision between the runs.

14% has to be incorrect because that means i would have about 373.2rwhp & 400.1rwtq, if that was the case i would have the most rwhp for a bolt-on car and its only with an intake and full exhaust!

I did a search and i see a low percent of 10.8%. That still means i would have about 363.4rwhp & 389.9rwtq.

Somethings strange here!

According to Howard, he has it dialed in to read comparable to a Dynojet. I too thought my car would pull higher numbers than it did on his dyno but it keeps up with and beats cars that dyno 10-15 rwhp more that weigh the same so I cant complain. A dyno is just a tuning tool anyway.

Thanks! I was thinking he did something like that!

It looks like it depends on the Dyno dynamics used. With the one I used the operator said there was an 18% correction factor in relation to a DynoJet.

Ive dynoed back to back on a dynojet and a dyno dynamics. Same mods both times, on spray and NA. Numbers were within 3 hp of each other each time.

Operator error is what can skew numbers.

393rwhp 362rwtq: same mods in sig

Dynomite:
