Mike, you made some pretty good numbers on your l92 setup. Can you post or PM me some info about the build ?? I am on hold with mine until Mid July, and pickup in August. Issues bro.

My stock return style fuel system would drop to 35lbs on the dyno. You'll need 42lb injectors (Ford Green tops in mine) and a bigger pump. I run the Racetronics kit in mine. They use a Walbro 255 and it's wired to the alternator.

Tony Mamo built up his 383 and made 600 FWHP using AFR 205's. He bolted on a set of 225 and the gains were minimal. Tony would know for sure but I think the 205's will work nicely on the 402.

You could always pull the heads and have Tony work his magic on them to flow better with a 4" bore motor.

Hey Chalky !!! Long time no PM brother. Thanks for reminding me of that. I think some work may get done to freshen up the heads for the extra cubes that are coming in July. Hope to be tearing up the road again in August.

I am sure Lou Gigliotti has a few tricks up his sleeve as well. I'll talk to him about it.

I knew a 400+ motor was inevitable!
