M6 ASP pulley was 1.8 pounds lighter then my friends powerbond on a digital scale. Summit sells one just like the powerbond for only $150 i have installed on a few cars its a nice pulley.

It's the 6-10hp that adds up that makes the difference between two different cars with the same heads and cam but are 30-40hp apart. Factor in UD pulley, better merge collectors, better ypipe merge or cutout, ported throttle body, better intake lid, stock vs. correct length pushrods, stock vs. aftermarket rockers and before you know it, you're putting up a post on tech asking why your X-brand heads with Y-cam put down 30 hp less than the last person who posted.

yep the guys gotta remember that a few bolt ons here and a a few there will all add up....... and i have seen over 10rwhp from a powerbond too so every car and dyno is different and who knows if some of these guys are correcting the numbers..... 6 rwhp might actually be a realistic gain from a simple pully change.......

so the Powerbond and SLP pulley are one in the same...?
im looking into getting both an U/D pulley and EWP for the car. im really trying to max out my little 224 cam before a 9" w/4.10's skew the #'s...
if i gained as much w/just an U/D pulley like the OP did, i would be pleased. esp., the RWTQ...
