Almost forgot, I switched from the g5x3 version I to g5x3 version II also. That little swap helped produce some of that 87+ rwhp.
Didn't want anyone throwing the bs flag, or digging up my old posts to call me a liar or something. LOL.

Nice numbers! Right now, I've got the same mods you had and was wondering if you have any soundclips/vids of your car now with the headers etc? I'll be looking for some longtubes/ory/pulley/ported tb as my next round of mods and was curious as to how yours sounds.

I am shocked on a couple of issues. First one is kinda negative, here goes. You only gained 17 rwhp 20-21 rwtq when you added the 1 7/8 Kooks headers and tuned the car ? Seems like you either should've went 1 3/4 Kooks or somethings up. That is not a very good gain in my opinion for Top name headers and a spot on tune. Something doesn't add up for me.
Now for the second amazing thing, and this is positive. You gained 12 rwhp and 8 rwtq by adding a ud pully. That is awesome !!! Just wait until you notice that it takes a little longer to empty the tank. The ud pully helps you get a little better gas mileage ( at least on the highway ).
I really would've expected with the Kooks and a tune for you to pick up 30 rwhp and at least 30 rwtq. Maybe I am jaded by the LG Pro Longtubes. I picked up 30 rwhp and 40 rwtq with there headers and a tune.
So with pully, Kooks 1 7/8 headers and a tune you picked up approx 29 rwhp 29 rwtq
Not to bad once it was all said and done. Are you thinking about going with an aggressive head/cam setup ? I ask because you got the 1 7/8. Most N/A 346's don't need the 1 7/8 headers. Or were you going to spray a 100 or 150 shot ?? Nitrous will love the advantage of the bigger headers. Or so I've been told.

You're stuck on the Peak numbers Allgn

Look at the "stock" graph vs the kooks + tune graph;
2.5K RPM the "stock" is roughly 295rwtq and the kooks + tune is @ 325rwtq (+30)
3k RPM the "stock" graph is @ roughly 310rwtq, the kooks+ tune is @ roughly 345rwtq (+35)
3.5K RPM "stock" is @ 325rwtq and Kooks + tune is @ a little over 350rwtq (+25)
4K RPM "stock" is STILL under 350rwtq (@ 340ish rwtq), kooks + tune is approaching 365 rwtq (+25)
4.5K RPM "stock" peaks @ 347rwtq, kooks + tune is peaking @ 368rwtq (+21)
That looks like a solid gain to me....

Now compare the horsepower in the lower revs all through out and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much of a gain he's showing in that department as well, @ 3K the kooks + tune is up over "stock" by almost 30rwhp (to be expected with the nice gains in TQ).
OP, thanks for the "3 stage" dyno. Nice gains, especially on the pulley

Any way that you could overlay your 3 graphs to really see where you picked up. Sure I can scroll up and down until my mouse breaks but it would be easier to overlay them. Then it would be obvious exactly where you picked up power. You know in the 3-4000 range, or 4500-5500 range etc etc. Just asking, if you can't no biggie.
How does she drive now VS before when she was bone stock?? Have you pushed her yet to see how fast she is above 100 ??
