Default First runs with EBay headers, untuned. Graph inside

Second sheet i havent scaned.

Had the day off and 2 hours to kill so $50 i said why not.
All the runs were everything in sig, except spray. The 311hp run was with cut-out open.

Run Conditions: 98.02 F, 30.35 in-Hg, Humidity: 42%, SAE: 1.01

So how does everything look? I get the feeling its running rich because my bumper has black soot on it from the exhaust, and its been killing 02 sensors pretty quick. I still need to get it tuned so this isnt the final dyno. But its an increase over the last dyno number at 294 with cut-out and lid.

Ive been checking everyone elses graph and the humidty is at 20-25 on average so are my condtions pretty bad?

SAE will usually correct the dyno readings so they are more or less comparable to others. This an auto? those number seem a bit on the low side for SAE corrected with headers. Possibly tune is off. Headers + full exhaust netted me a gain of 306->343HP.

M6 car, but an auto would see maybe 320's with headers.

So you gained 6-8rwhp from your previous dyno?

17rwhp with the additon of LTs and ORY.

And yes this is an auto. 53k miles on it. Is the A/F ratio off? whats the solid red line going across it?? That where it should be? haha

I thought your last dyno was 296?

Was the 17hp gain thru the cutout?

It was 294, i just rechecked, the total gained from first dyno before i got the car was, 294rwhp-Lid, cut-out, filter. Then 311rwhp-with LT's and ORY so i gained 17rwhp untuned from Ebay longtubes and ORY. Through the cut-out i gained 9rwhp over the flowmaster.

thats kinda low, but you do have an auto. I kept burning O2's also...lemme guess you have a flowmaster on your car?(I do to, and you get a lot of banging and rattling under the car with the cutout closed??) Just keep your cutout open and you wont burn anymore sensors, your headers are flowing so well, backpressure builds up in your I-pipe, which is really hot and fries your O2's. I think I ran 338rwhp with my headers untuned, then I ported and polished my TB (6rwhp!!!) did the free ram air mod, and added the FTRA, and added a cutout and got tuned for 360rwhp and 374rwtq.....oh also if your O2's are burned out go to the parts store and ask for part 13111, its an O2 sensor with built in extensions that are factory heat wrapped! not many people know about this trick, as the cheap O2 extensions like to burn out

Well if you don't need new o2 sensors then why not spen $30 on some o2 extensions? But if your o2 sensors are out then I would go ahead and buy the Bosch 13111's.

And BTW the Bosch 13111's are what the corvettes use. So yah, everyone pretty much knows about them
