Question what springs did you go with on the ms4 cam. Im looking to buy that cam but now I have to replace my 918 comp cam springs. Sick setup by the way putting down impressive power. 500 is my goal too. Starting with a better cam.

Do you think I should go dual or not. Thanks for the help. I just dont want to hurt my engine I like to redlineeee. You should put it on the track now and see what it runs in the qtr? It seems like low 11's maybe lower with tires

Nice numbers looks like you did something right there, like cammedss2000 said post some quarter mile times when you get some.

James..nice to see the car come around for you this time. We appreciate you coming our way for the tune.

Len.. in most cases cars are fine, but occasionally cold start/idle can be an issue. I guess this is the bad thing at times when a customer is far away.
There where no issues with knock on the dyno or road test with your car that would result in the low MPH you mentioned.

did you get the HP Tuner to log yet?

Default Ok

My setup its a fast 92 92 intake and ptw throttle body .... I spent about 13000 with tsp.all stuff came from them lol!

My old setup was a stock 346 with these heads and trv 3 cam and stock ls6 intake!

Speed inc tune it .... THen i made a *** of myself on here cause it ran poorly after i got it home . Before i looked into it further i wanted to throw blame. Come to find out have quite few issues that need to be address. old setup made 414 hp i think?
Larry might still have a graph laying around!
Oh I took the 4.11 out and went back to 3.42 just because I also put a m12 6 speed in it with taller 1 2 4 5 6 gears . I was just blowing the **** outta the tires and no really point in racing ..lol lot of fun but pointless with the stoker in her and taller tranny gears.

I have few issues with the car now just very very minor stuff and Larry said he would take care of it .
But the car pulls like a train wait more like a diesel with a 600 shot of nos on it!

Thanks for the compliments Guys ..... Hopefully my luck is with me instead of against me this time

Default Springs

If ya mean should ya go dual springs .............(HELL YES) its all most a must with this cam ...... 649 lift 610 ...

Also about doing something right !!!!!!!!!!! I read every single post on here with guys and 402 and 408 with the bigger cam .... and predetor z and patrick g convinced me bigger isnt better. Everyone told me when i was putting this cam in it wasnt right . But **** its making as much if not more than the bigger cams and still managed 19.2 mpg on the way home from speed inc. that was with my buddy nate driving it at 75 to 85 all way home.

There are so many post on here about cams and heads . So many people talk **** about tsp heads and told me to go with afrs and other more exspensive heads. But I think i did alright with what i have and I am happy with it .
I know my car isnt the fastest car or best lookn ,,,,,,,,, but **** ,,,,, i did it!

Yea everyone tells me afr's but 2,000+ ouch. I want to send my car over 400hp for now. Then heads after that. Everyone seems to die for this ms4 cam. They clam an 80hp gain on a stock ls1 which I really dont believe I might be wrong. Maybe with all bolt ons to feed that cam. Well I will go with duals for sure. I see people murdering modded cobras, etc with your hp numbers. All motor is what I really want and then some juice. God I love the ls1!

Default 400hp

400 is pretty easy to obtain with a ls1 I would do a mid 230 camshaft and some supporting mods .... do you have ls6 intake ? I have a trv 3 camshaft and a tr224 forsale along with a ls6 intake a ported and polish throttle body!

Very nice! I'd think you would cross the 500 mark with just the bigger lid and MAF. What happened with the loose connection?

Is the lift on the trv .643 .598 and 232 234 duration. If so I want that cam and everything else. How much would you let it all go for?

Torquer 3 is 231/234 and you got the lift #s right. Great cam IMO! I might be making the drive to Speed Inc after reading a bunch of these threads!
