Are these the newly redesigned PRC 2.5 LS6 heads you are using? Those are some good numbers. Congrats!

By no means did I mean to offend you, and it certainly doesnt sound like you took it in that manner. I guess I just expect people to be making noticablely more power running a larger cam and heads over my Patriot Stage II 59cc heads, and Comp 224/.581 112lsa cam. That's why I stated I was hoping you would be 460rwhp+...

Later this week I am installing an U/D pulley, Meizere EWP, and 42lb/hr injectors, and then getting the car retuned. I'm looking forward to seeing how much cooler the car will run and what if any gains might be had...

BTW, car looks great!!!

Damn, I can't believe how long that holds out peak power. It was still holding at the rev limiter. Are you gonna bump it up? If it holds that strong, even if it starts to drop holding it out to 7,000 RPM, you'll MORE than make up for that on the shifts when it hits in a stronger spot. That's just plain sick.

Thanks! I don't think so. My installer did say the port work on the heads was incredible though.

Thanks! It looks like urs. Naw, u didn't offend me. I was just saying this cam is not considered a large cam when u compare it to t-rex, etc. With a pulley and ewp, u should have a good increase. Post the results!

Yea, I know. I forgot to mention the first 2 runs he actually let out of it early, like 6400rpm (you can see on the graph where it drops off). He was still making some changes. It still made the same number. I thought on the third run when he ran it up to the limiter that it was gonna be 460 or so. But it just hits 450 at about 6100 and holds it until 6800. I guess that's all it has in it. Kinda interesting though. I have noticed that if I shift into 3rd at about 6300 it will chirp the tires, but if I shift at say 6600+, it won't. I guess because the torque is a little higher. It's almost as though I might as well shift at a lower rpm because the power is already there. I don't know what else I could do to increase it further other than and ewp or spray. I'm running the stock maf and slp lid. I actually took an 85mm maf with me but forgot to get a pigtail. So, I had to leave the stocker on . Allan said it makes no difference, that the intake is where it's at. I guess for me to achieve those numbers, the stocker was fine and not a restriction.

Did you port the fast intake, or is it stock? I just got this combo but with the torquer v2. Hoping to put down some good numbers!

Thanks for the kind words on the heads! We've worked really hard to make sure the quality on our cylinder heads are absolutely top of the line. Just because the heads don't cost 2300 doesn't mean they can't perform very well!
