Sick power numbers! I wonder if these larger cube motors just need bigger blowers?

I know I asked questions (cylinder heads & LFP) in the other thread but then I saw you posted the results here as well (and no pi$$in match here either). Had another for ya though, is the camshaft hush hush or can you tell me the specs?

Very nice numbers, impressive.

Can you tell us anything about the cam, and were the TrickFlows the CNC version? How big are the headers, too?

Thanks,

Jim

So can you put a KB on an LS1 if you just have a bigger hood?

A GTO..haha..sucks for everything else right now. Unless you want to take the unit and fab your own stuff, which is hardly worth it. Might as well just make a custom TT kit if you have to deal with that crap.

Fortunately, I bought a GTO recently so I have the luxury of considering such awesome mods like the twin screw setup.

The Kenne Bell univeral LS2 kit will fit the GTO, but you will need to machine custom pulley spacers to get everything in alignment. I'm probably going to do a 2.8 Kenne Bell next year or see if I can make the 3.3 Whipple fit somehow. Either that or wuss out and just do a big Procharger and some nitrous to get things moving. Then I can drop it down to a 3.07 gear for the TH400.

Can we finally see one of these dyno queens hit the strip and get some et's/mph..... I haven't seen one of these big HP/TQ KB setups run any impressive numbers yet and especially mph....

My setup should trap 140mph n/a with a built LS7 (approx 575rwhp/520rwtq).... as my buddies car did with essentially the same setup. If it can't top that then those numbers are just that..... numbers.
