no it was sothing a friend of mine and i kind of came up with. it was originally supposed to have a +4 but they didnt grind it in and i didnt have enough ptv to advance it on the chain. i have a couple reasons for not spraying in 1st, 1 is i simply dont think i can react quick enough to grab second gear-esp not until i get used to it, 2nd i am still using a stock output shaft and id rather not break it right away, and 3rd is i just dont know what it will do. ive seen cars with less power stand on the bumper and i have no desire to do that and the possible damage it may acrue. after i get some runs under my belt i may give it a shot but not for a little while.

ya im not changing in the heads or the headers. i spent too much time making the y pipe to swap the headers and i like the heads. the cam is going to get swapped though just for the fact this one is not very friendly on the street below 2k rpms. and i drive this car a lot so it has to be friendly. yes this was done through a 3" exhaust. muffler was an slp dual dual with a slp lm2 muffler in the mid pipe. on the motor i picked up 3 or 4 hp with the cutout open, we didnt try it closed on the n2o pulls though so those were thru the cutout. there is a pic from when we built the exhaust.

ill get a start up vid after i get my tps issue fixed. right now its tripping the code and cold starts i have to keep my foot on the gas for 10 seconds or so.

on a side note i gave it a little hell last night on the way home and this bitch is def fast. 3rd gear was all tire smoke and lasted about 1/2 second and 4th gear was followed by more tire smoke but brutal acceleration. and of course the sweet smell of c16

haha no not yet. he knows where i am when he wants it.

took a more recent pic tonight-didnt come out that great but im not a photographer.

Very impressive #'s on and off spray, congrats. And you got to have one of the cleanest and best looking engine bays I have seen. Very nice man.

Congrats man. What did you do NA to find the extra power. If I remember correctly you were under 500rw initially.

just some more tuning and now the motor has the break in miles complete. im sure there is more in it but im going to be swapping cams so im not going to do anymore with the current tune.
