And to the OP, your thread has prompted me to challenge an fbody in my area. I am very curious to see how everything stacks up. I hardly believe things until I can see them with my own two eyes.

Well, I haven't set up the race, but I'm looking to setup a basically stock 98 to 02 Fbody w/ bolt on mods (no H/C/Nos/SC or Turbo) vs Me (Factory stock no tune/intake, not even tint).

And that's EXACTLY what I want to find out. I don't need to bench race that one.

Shoot, I forgot you were here man. IDK where that guy could have gotten his work done. IDK of anyone that can do tunes for those cars around here.

BTW - I would do both roll and dig, but you have a better chance at a dig. IMO.

Calm down and type in sentences. So Clovis Hedrix Chevrolet was doing work on your car and now it's running funny? Were they changing your shift points? Was it a brand new transmission or just a rework on yours?

OH...that's why, you took it to a dealer. LOL Hedrix is better than MIchaels though.

If you have a tune, it may be causing issues with the tranny, DEPENDING on what the 'tech' (cough cough) did with your car/tranny and depending on what you did with the tune (change shift points, etc.). I would call them up/take it back, adn see what they say. Since you used them, mine as well make sure they do it right.

Kill him from a dig (if you have traction), and a close race with you winning from a roll. If you do rolls, do 20 or so.. SRT8s don't really come in to power untill about a 30mph roll, from what I've noticed.
