My '98 ran a 13.4 at 104 with a lid and the muffler hacked off. That was with a 2.0 60ft. If I had swapped out the rear tires for the front and cut a 1.9, a 13.3-13.2 would've been possible.
Is it a stick shift or a slushbox? Makes a big difference.
