Default Question about blown ls1's

My buddy has a 1998 trans am with a vortech supercharger, intercooler longtubes, borla exhaust yank 3600 stall 373 gears. My question is when we went to the 8th mile this past summer all he could get out of it was an 8.56@84 mph.. With his mods he should be at least 420 rwhp i would think and he hooked up good at the strip so traction wasnt an issue. We were wondering what his estimated 8th mile times would be and if you think a bad tune could hurt him that bad

thanks Nick

Something is definately wrong. That car should be much quicker. When my car was bolt-ons only it ran 7.70's in the eighth with a Yank 3600 stall and the stock 3.23 gears.
