just wondering anyone ever raced an 04 vw r32. I have a stock 98 ta and run 8.5 in the 8th. The only reason im worndering is becuase its my boss 
and were going to race when the track opens in march. Im 99.9% sure ill win but in case im wrong i wanted a heads up.

I have with my '98 Z28 (just a lid and catback). I got a horrible launch and spun in 1st and 2nd (was still getting used to the car) but as soon as I hooked up it was all over for him. Even if you putt out of the hole and he gets the AWD launch, once you put your foot down you'll shoot past him in no time.
