I don't see any reason why it wouldn't make a lil more than that actually. Pull and mill the heads a tad, and add a thinner gasket to raise the compression for the E85, it likes higher compression than gas. The 5.3 is only 9.4:1 right? Try and shoot for at LEAST 10.5:1
