Default Ok here goes my build..

First off, I am hoping to make upwards of 400 rwhp with this setup.
Here we go!

Performabuilt Stage 2 4L60e
Yank PT4400

SLP Lid (K&N)
F.A.S.T 90/90 Intake
Pacesetter LT's
Pacesetter Y-pipe
Magnaflow Catback (3")
QTP e-cutout
Patriot Stage 2 heads
Patriot dual gold valve springs (.650)
Underdrive Pulley
ARP Rod bolts
Stock 01 pistons and rods
Stock 10 bolt (3.23) rear end.

Im not sure about the cam yet, ill probably get a custom grind one. The cam thats in the engine that im buying now, I think is a 230 cam..pretty small. But this engine made 406rwhp through a 6 speed car with this cam. So if I get a bigger cam im hoping to make more HP at the wheels.

You will deff be in the 400rwhp range with any cam and those heads...I would say cam only would be close to 385-395rwhp. Heads and intake you'll deff break the 420's.

Thats extremely good information to know! Should I be able to run with a stock C5Z?

You should be able to beat a stock C5Z if you are putting down 400rwhp+. But i will say that there have been stock C5z's running anywhere from 12.5's - 11.8's in the 1/4 mile. I will be running mine this friday at the track. Im putting down 382rwhp. Hoping to break 11's. .

Yes you should be able to beat the majority of c5z's stock.

My only hold back right now on going completely all into building the engine right now is getting a custom grind cam. Im looking for something with drivability and high end power. But I definantly want to be pushing 400+rwhp
