Default H/C/I WS6 vs. Cammed Vette

My roomate thinks he can hang with me or else be very close to me in a roll race. My car is built for the drag strip so it's by no means a roll racing setup but I think I could pull on him pretty good. From a quarter mile standpoint I have probaly a solid second over him but thats not the argument.

My Car:
'97 WS6...LT1/Auto
Heads/Cam/Intake + Full Bolt-ons
Built 4L60E w/ Yank PT4000 and 3.73's (6400rpm shifts w/ 5600rpm shift extensions)
Race Weight #3500
(~390rwhp/365rwtq)

His Car:
'95 Corvette...LT1/6-Speed
Bolt-ons and baby cam
Stock 3.45 gears
Race Weight #3400
(323rwhp/335rwtq)

He seems kinda bias towards Vette's and 6-speeds and is pretty naive about stalled autos so I think he will be in for a suprise. He's a good friend of mine and we will race this summer but currently stuck at school so it won't happen for a bit. So anyway what do you think?
