I got a 94 T/A with a built bottom end(still a 350), T56, ported heads, ported intake, LT's, 52mm TB, 1.6rr, 3in pipe, magnaflow cat and muffler, UD pulley, PCMfor less tune, with stock injectors and stock cam(ran outta money for a cam),STB, bmr rear control arms w/ relocation brackets. My friend has a 97 eclipse GST with a bigger exhuast pipe(not sure the size), muffler, 16g turbo, stage 2 clutch and a strut tower brace. He wants to race me because he was told with his mods hed be in the 12's. I'm not a big 4cyl guy so I have no idea what the hell hes gonna run. Can anyone give me an idea of how I would do and if he would really be in the 12's.

hes a fairly new driver(4 months?) and from what i see he doesn't shift to fast, i mean im not the best either i've only been racing with a stick since nov 07 when i got my license. I do have more launching experience though, he doesn't race from a dead launch only rolls

Thats because he's fwd and he knows he not going to beat you from a dig. But you still have torque on your side to take him from a roll. 16g turbo is not that much bigger than a stock 14b or t25 turbo but is capable of 350+hp range with tuning, so it'll boost up fairly quick . Is he tuned ? You can get 300hp out of 4g63 easily with the stock turbo so just be a little aware that he is pushing more then the stock 210hp.
