Camaro vs Trans am---see mod list
I hate to start a "what if", "who would win" thread, but here goes...
LT1 T/A vs LT1 Camaro
T/A- every bolt-on, cai, Long tubes, custom cam ( basically the cc503 cam), 1.6 rr, 30lb injectors, Solomon tune, 3.73's, m6 car.
Camaro- lt4 hot cam kit, 1.6 rr, lt4 intake, ported heads, shorty headers, bigger tb, 30lb injectors, pcm for less tune, 4.10's, m6 car.
I own the T/A and that's all I know about the Camaro. Word has gotten back to me that some smack has been talked. Soo, here's the question????
Would you race as is or should I port the heads? I feel confident I can give him a hell of a run cause the T/A runs like a beast with the cam. However, there is always the doubt in the back of your mind.
What do you guys think?
Anyone have a similar set up as the Camaro? If so, gimme your honest opinion?
p.s. please don't give me the "add a shot of nos" comment. Dont wanna go that route.
Ohh, and sorry for the fantasy race, I know it all depends on driver, error, luck, weight, blah blah blah.. Motor vs Motor is the question.
