Most shops in Houston which use a Dyno Jet figure a 12% drivetrain loss with manual transmission.

and dont forget dynojet and mustang dynos read out a bit differently

You want good crank horsepower numbers? Use an engine dyno. Outside of that, there is no silver bullet to get the right answer considering every application is different.
