Default Horsepower/HIGH stall vs. Torque/lower stall

A friend of mine and I are curious about the outcome of a race. I have been kicked out of our track (no cage!), so it is unlikely that the race will ever happen. So...I leave it in the hands of Bench Racers!!!

Both cars: bolt ons and good suspension (extremely similar on both cars).
Only LS6 intake
Similar flowing heads
No nitrous on either setup for this situation...
Both 3.73 gears
Same brand stall on both

Mine:
1998 T/A
384 stroker with 230/234, .595/.598, 114 cam
3200 Stall

His:
1999 T/A
Stock internals with 235/240, .654"/.609", 111
4000 Stall

I haven't run mine N/A (wanted a nitrous run before they kicked me out), so I have no reference and he hasn't run the new setup so this is a blank slate that will probably never see paint other than speculation.
So...
SPECULATE!!!

Both cars should holeshot well, but I think the displacement is going to be the deciding factor. I don't think the stall differences are gonna offset the stroker/smaller cam's torque advantage down low off the line, and I don't think it'll make it up on the long run either. You'll never know unless you run em... 9 second car, its time for a cage!
