1993 z28 camaro what should it run with these mods

1993 camaro z28 fast chip tuned pcm bbk headers gutted cat flow master 2500 stall 3.73 gears lt4 hot cam 1.6 rockers with a 3" electric cut out msd ign. toyo proxes on rear what should this car run in a 1/4 mile

My guess would be mid to low 13s. The biggest thing being how well you hook with those tires and DA. But accounting for all of that my guess would be 13.2
