4th gen SS vs. 5th gen

Does someone have numbers from the same magazine comparing the two. Modern Muscle puts the 4th gen SS at 12.9x in the quarter. I was kinda hoping to find Car and Driver's numbers but I think by 2002 they were bored with the camaro/firebird.
I suspect that the older SS might be a better performer out of the box than the newer. <flame suite on>

I dont remember all that but I can tell you iv lined up against 2 5th gen camaros. They both did 13.8 to my 13.1 in around 1500 da. One of the cars was a manual for sure ls3 ss and other not sure if it was man or auto although I know it was a ls3 ss.
The drivers probly sucked though
