427 BBC HP estimate Hey guys...got a 427 BBC, 11.5-1 comp, .690 mech roller cam...unsure of rest of cam specs. Ran 9.2s in a 1900lb dragster, but unsure of trans and stall it had.
It's currently in my 81 Trans Am. What kind of horsepower do you think it's making? The guy who had it before me said he thought about 450hp, but that seems low for the times and the comp and cam size. What do you guys think?
