Default Bolt On Z28, what should it run?

Okay, car weighs 3500 race weight, still untuned, still need ls6 intake and will be doing one of the ram air mods, either chrs1313 or sux2bu (prolly the 2nd one,) but the car currently has

Lid/K&N, ported throttle body, SLP pulley, no AC, QA1s all around, no front sway bar, SFCs, adjustable panhard rod, adjustable BMR torque arm with th400 crossmember/adj. TA mount, fully built th400, 4k n2o coan converter, 4.10 gears, 275/60/15 MT ET street radials, skinnies, weld wheels, qtp longtubes, kooks y pipe with bullet muffler dumped before the axle, no heat, no AC, stock hood, no front bumper support, battery relocated to trunk... Basically a full bolt on car minus ls6 intake, tune and ram air mod (which will be done soon.)

I know the car is badly in need of a tune, made 253 whp with a 16 - 16.5 AF ratio, have been told I was down about 50 - 60 whp from where I should be with these mods...

Car ran 12.9 at 104 mph with a 1.83 60' on a th350 trans with a 3500 stall, and stock TB, also on open headers, which were pretty cruddy. 60' was better on the previous passes (1.71 - 1.72) but neither of those were full passes (trans linkage problems that got fixed and did a suspension adjustment at that time which didn't help the launch on the last pass.)

So, what should it run?
