05 cc duramaxx vs. 07 honda civic si manual trans 4dr I have an older guy at my work (mid 50's) that thinks his Honda civic si is fast as ****. He talks about how he zip around cars on the interstate on the way to work (30 mile drive to work). He talks about how it just takes a blip of the throttle to get up to speed limit.
Well I'm tired of hearing about it. I have an 05 cc duramaxx that has 2 programmers on it stacked and a cold air kit. The truck has been a best of 14.69 on a cold day leaving at pretty much idle. The truck is a consistent 14.90-15.00 runner. It is a 2wd truck
. I wish it was 4wd but oh well.
I want to set up a 1/4 mile race between me and him but I don't know how fast that civic is. I don't want to get out there and that little civic busts my ***. Will I be fast enough to beat him. The civic is bone stock. I'll post a pic of it when I get to work.
