I've got a buddy whose about to throw a charger on his mustang and he said he should push 450rwhp. He'll be running 373s, 5 speed car. A guy we know around here has a GTO that made I'm thinking he said 428 rwhp. Its bolt on cam only car running stock 3.42s and the guy in the GTO swares he'll out run him even if the mustang has more power just because he has a 6 speed and he has a 5 but I don't think thats exactly accuarte. I'm thinking the GTOs are heavier than the mustang plus the mustang will be making 20 more to the ground. Which car SHOULD be faster with equal drivers?

power and weight go to the mustang, as well as gearing.......mustang ftw if he can put the power to the ground.
