New combo HP guesses
New combo is going together now, I'd like to know some educated estimates for how much power AT THE FLYWHEEL this might make. Thanks.
408ci in a prepped 6.0L block
13.5:1 compression
DART 225's with port work, they poured right at 235cc intake runner, 2.08 intake , 1.60 exhaust, 50* full radius valve job on the intake, stock 45* valve job on the exhaust, 56cc combustion chambers, no flow numbers available
COMP solid roller valvetrain, 258/264* @0.050, .716/.711 lift
E-brock Super Vic with HVH 2" tapered spacer. Carb flange has been matched to the spacer, intake runners matched to the heads, other than that no port work
New Holley 850 hard-core black carb
Distributor conversion, full MSD ignition
Dynatech headers, 1 7/8" primaries, 3 1/2" collectors
This engine is going in my dirt late model, right at 2200lbs and 14" of tire at all four corners. It was OK as a 402 in the first version but needs some more. Thanks.
