Im in tge process of building a new LS2 for my LS1 gto. Parts:

Procomp CNC ported 64cc Ls3 heads with titanium hardware and lighweight stainless raceflow valves
ported LS3 intake w/ 102mm TB

I would expect your goal isnt far fetched! My car laid down 463rwhp 430 rwtq with a stock bottom end LQ9 and stock cc ported LS3 heads. My cam is pretty close to the ranged you posted also. Do you plan on fly cutting your pistons?

Im awaiting the shortblock back from honing and then ill start assembling it and check ptv. The nice thing about the Procomps is they have a 1/2 deck and come already as 64CC chambers for 11:1 ish so i dont have to mill them .030 to get there. That will shure help PTV! Does it pull like a frieght train in the mid range?

O yea!!! It traps anywhere between 121-123mph in the 1/4! My car is a 02 camaro full weight (3600lbs without me) M6 with a S60 and 4.10 gear like yours! Its a real fun set-up fa sure!!!

Hell ya! With this SRA swap im aiming for 3,300 lbs without me and in the area of 500rwhp SHould be a fun little setup! I shouldnt have any trouble getting booted off the track on my first couple passes i hope.
