well, a little back story my 408 broke a litfer so in the process of replacing parts i decided to change heads from PP ls6 st2 heads to PRC 247 with the cometic .040 gasket puts the compression at bout 11.5-1. The cam is a EPS 243/251 with a 114 lsa. The old 244/248 tr stroker cam had a hand in the lifer taking a beating cause my valve train didn't like the XER lobes. I am trying out Brian Tooley's SLR lifters. the rest of the set up is Fast 90/90, diamond clutch, tdp 6spd to a dayna 60 w/4.10. exhaust is dynomax bullet in the I pipe cutout after that flowmaster in the back almost never caped only for longer trips. At some point i will be changing to duals and other upgrades. Once i'm done ill put up the results cause i know that searching you cant find any anywhere.
But till then anyone care to take some guesses what she'll do?

I'm guessing somewhere around 515/480. Good luck to you, I'm sure you'll be happy with the results. What did your old setup make?
