ItIts been a long process but hopefully it'll be race ready in the next week or 2.
its an 02 z28 with a fresh built ls1, texas speed stage 2.5 5.3 heads, 228r cam, ls7 lifters, prted tb, slp MAF, 36 injectors, ls6 intake, full exhaust, 3,500 stall..... has stock gears right now. Any idea what 1/8 mile I should run with it? I have 3.73 gears but im thinking about going 4.10s instead. What time should I drop off with the gears?
Im a mustang guy so ls power is new to me especially with an auto.

 

hmmm 7.6's maybe with sticky tires

 

i'd expect 7.4 or quicker for sure.

my bolt on car went 7.6s with a 3650lb raceweight.
