Stockish Trans AM 1/4 guess? I'm going to hit the track this fall, here are the mods I'll have:
PTC 10.5" 4k RPM 1.5-2.0 STR
Nitto 555r Drag radials. 245/50/16 on stock wheels. Dead hooks on the stock stall with no burnout @ 20psi. Hopefully with a full burn out, slightly lower psi it'll hold the new TC.
SLP lid
Slowmaster catback from previous owner.
! Rear seats
! Spare/Jack
2.73s being the Achilles heel.
I'm going this is enough for solid 12s, I'm going to VMP, I hear they have good track prep and I'm near the sea on the east coast, so in the fall/spring DA should be good.
I'm thinking 12.8 is do able.
