Does it sound right for my car with mods in sig to run door to door with a 2013-2014 auto 5.0 from a 20 roll? Or should I have pulled a little bit? It was seriously door to door... We were both lined up front to back the whole way down the track. It was an awesome race. I just kinda expected to edge him out by half a car or so but neither of us could gain any ground on each other until the very very end, when a lazy shift into 4th by me gave up half a car just before the finish line.

Ok just curious. My old Formula with a lid and catback only through an auto hung within a car of a new 5.0s on two separate occasions. So with an m6, plus the free mods, ls6 intake, ported tb, and tune (sometimes I question the tune and how much was actually changed but oh well) I guess I expected it to make more of a difference.

I would say in general a full bolt ons LS1 f-body should take a stock 5.0, but it also depends on things like the driver, tune, condition of motor, trans, etc, etc...
