It's quite a bit different being in the drivers seat than in the passengers seat.

Will, your lines never fail. Fantabulous

Blown DOHC 4.6 that makes 500lb/ft of torque at 1,500rpm and 650lb/ft at 4,000rpm = meh

LMAO. There's a few people I could list that I wanted to see in this competition.

Im lost now lol

I never claimed my car made more or close to 600rwtrq.

I also just said i think a lot of torque is over 600ish

Then odthetruth said foot in mouth so im guessing he thinks less than 600lb trq is a lot which it isn't.

Lawhead i didn't say your car was slow or that it didn't have a lot of power and torque. Sorry if you took it that way.

LMFAO
Dude... There was a reason Lawhead ASKED you what you thought was a lot of torque, and your comment was specifically you putting your foot in your mouth, since he makes more than what you thought, and then you had to re-justify what you just said...

In short, he had you beat before you even answered. I'm surprised you guys from the south have never heard the term 'putting your foot in your mouth'. It means you basically fucked yourself over on your own argument with the answer you gave.

Well looks like I won't be getting my times in before the dead line: Couple months ago they wouldn't let me run cuz my helmet was expired. Got a new helmet, still wouldn't let me run because it was a DOT and not a SNELL helmet. So got my new SNELL helmet overnighted so I could run today at the wednesday test n tune (*now at $500 in f%@ing helmets just to do this run) and it's been raining all day.... Oh well, guess I'll be late on the deadline. At least I tried!

I still dont see where i need to put my foot in my mouth... i answered a simple question 600plus is a lot of torque no matter how you slice it. Is it easier to drive with fi over na yes. Do i have experience driving one yes. But how ever there is a lot more cars ive seen that make a lot more power and trq. I asked him what he thinks and he didn't answer rather he just was being a smart *** that he is.

How do you figure? The low-end torque you get from a positive-displacement blower hits pretty damn hard, and peak torque is reached MUCH lower in the rpm band than a naturally aspirated car that makes similar torque (assuming we're talking about small blocks).

A small block making similar power would be a radical build which is damn hard to handle last i checked...

Not because of low-end torque

I can see your argument being valid if the the fi was running high boost to make what Lawhead is making . Assuming thats what we are basing this theoretical debate on. But the fact is it doesn't take high boost to make those numbers so it would be easier to drive a fi small block that makes 600+rwhp n trq than a small block doing it NA

What exactly is it that you are trying to argue here? Because it seems to keep changing.
